3. Respect the copyright of other sites.
4. Personal promotion is spam. Do not include commericial links in your posts or profiles. Only post links relevant to the ongoing discussion.
5. Do not engage with flamers and trolls, please use the button to report abuse or email us directly carers@hccf.org.uk
6. Do not post your personal contact details.
7. The Discussion Room is an English speaking forum, if you would like to post in any other languages please get in touch with the moderators.
8. Do not cross post or create duplicate threads.
9. Users are not allowed multiple profiles.
10. Please be aware that inactive topics will be archived after 6 months.

Any posts or profiles that break these rules will be edited/deleted/blocked/removed at the discretion of the moderators.
